MOTORS Used in virtually every primary and process industry, AC or DC motors from our inventory can operate machinery in the steel, pulp and paper, chemical and petrochemical, electric utility, water and waste treatment, mining , and marine industries. These motors drive fans, pumps, compressors, extruders, crushers, conveyors and many types of variable and constant torque process equipment. Squirrel cage, vertical, synchronous, slip ring (wound rotor), crane and mill motors are all available from inventory for your requirements. Options include current and obsolete frame sizes, a variety of enclosures and a large range of voltages and speeds. All motors can be provided with starters or controls.

MOTOR CONTROLS

Using the right components and packaging them as effectively as possible is the approach that makes us so successful remanufacturing motor controls. We maximize the use of valuable space without sacrificing reliability. This provides something else that will benefit you; quick deliveries. From 240 to 7200 volts, whether you need one starter or a complete motor control system, we can help finish your project on time.

Starters are available individually or incorporated into a motor control center or lineup. Configurations include combination (fusible or circuit breaker) or non-combination, across-the-line or reduced voltage, and reversing or non-reversing. Contactors only and parts can be provided when required. Low voltage motor control centers are available with configurations to match almost any application. They can be combined with fused switches or circuit breakers for a complete package. Drawout bucket assemblies are available for additions or replacements to your existing motor control. Medium voltage starters can be provided for most squirrel cage, synchronous or wound rotor applications.

Bus Duct Increase your flexibility for adding or relocating power takeoffs and machinery with plug-in bus duct and accessories. Available in copper or aluminum from 225 to 4000 amps (600 volt class), we can provide plug-in or feeder bus duct in a variety of models and configurations . Whether your three phase system is 3 wire or 4 wire (with or without neutrals or grounds), you can fulfill your requirements for new or existing installations from our inventory of used bus duct and accessories. Primarily available in 10 foot sections, we can provide bus duct in quantities which can accommodate installations as small as relocating one machine or as large as an entire plant distribution system. Accessories include hangers, tap boxes, elbows, end closures, circuit breaker or fusible units (all either plug-in or bolt-on). Disconnect Switches

Our capabilities include disconnects for new installations, replacements, repairs, or modifications. Low and medium voltage switches can be incorporated into loadcenters, switchboards, panelboards, or motor control centers. Many can be shipped immediately for emergencies. Low voltage disconnects such as safety switches, bolted pressure switches and transfer switches are designed to meet commercial and industrial need where reliability combined with economics are critical. Available up to 600 volts and 6000 amps, bolted pressure switches can provide loadbreak capability at considerable cost efficiency. Safety switches with current limiting fuses can be applied to circuits with up to 200,000 amps RMS symmetrical fault current, surpassing the capabilities of non-fused circuit breakers. The modular design of many switchboards allows greater flexibility for adding or replacing circuits. Switches can be provided separately or in coordinated lineups in indoor or outdoor enclosures. Safety switches are available up to 1200 amps.

Medium and high voltage air interrupter switches can provide the protection you need at less cost than circuit breakers. Air interrupter switch and fuse equipment provides an economical method of switching and protecting medium voltage circuits. Loadbreak air interrupter switches utilized in series with current limiting fuses provide short circuit detection and interruption. They are normally applied where duty cycle and economics dictate the use of a protective device less sophisticated than a circuit breaker. Fused or non-fused switches can isolate and protect personnel or equipment during failures or routine maintenance. Primary and selector switches are available from 2300 volts through 34.5 kV in a variety of models and configurations. We can provide single disconnect switches (loadbreak or non-loadbreak) through 1200 amps, switch lineups (with or without main switches), padmounted switches and low profile compact switches. Switches are available fused or non-fused. Additional features include metering, interlocking, and arresters.

We can repair or modify many of your damaged or defective switches at our plant. Switches are visually inspected for defects, broken parts and overall condition. The switch mechanism and enclosure are thoroughly cleaned and necessary parts are refinished or painted. Switch blades are mechanically aligned and checked to ensure that they make or break correctly. The operating linkage is checked for proper operation during opening or closing. A megger and hipot is performed prior to shipment.
